The minimum consignment period is 30 days.A fee of RM150 shall be charged for early retrieval of the item before the expiration of 30 days.
VS accepts only authentic items. A penalty of RM200 shall be imposed if a consigned item is found to be a counterfeit.
The price of each item quoted is based on the demand and condition of the item.
If an unsold item is not collected after 2 WhatsApp / phone call reminders, we shall reserve our right to dispose of the item at our absolute discretion.
VS assumes that the name recorded in this consignment memo shall be deemed as the legal owner of the item recorded in this consignment memo. In the event that the ownership of the consigned item is disputed, we shall not be held liable under the prevailing law.
You shall bear the delivery cost of an unsold item that would be returned to you.
