Jess is the founder and owner of Vintage Sac. She is a self-taught entrepreneur and one of the pioneers in reviving vintage luxuries in Malaysia.

A JPA scholar of LLB (Hons) degree in one of the most prestigious law schools in Malaysia (University of Malaya), Jess is successfully admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya after she chambered in one of the longest standing and biggest full-serviced law firms in Malaysia. After 3 years of practice in tax and antitrust law department of the aforesaid law firm, Jess is promoted to Senior Associate. The promotion marks a recognition of her achievement in the legal field, yet she felt an inner hunger to push herself further.

Jess made her first leap of faith by leaving her promoted position and joined one of the Big Four accounting firms as a Tax Manager. The challenges offered in this new position were abundant and expanded her horizons, especially in her business acumen. Collaborations with professionals and business partners inspired Jess, and gave her a glimpse beyond the windows of office buildings. Reflections of her past interest in fashion and appreciation in luxury craftsmanship led her to take a second leap of faith – which is the born of Vintage Sac.

The decision of entrepreneurship dropped jaws around her, for it is perplexing to leave an engaging and rewarding corporate position to venture into a risky start-up. However, Jess is equipped with her experience in legal and corporate environment, a passion in luxury appreciation, and supports from her family and friends. She upholds the respect towards intellectual property and strives to preserve the authenticity of luxuries in the worldwide pre-loved market.
